"Today we had an incident where a stranger attmepted to abduct a 17-year-old West High School student twice on her way to school. The first incident happened on Dousman and Norwood. She escaped and as she ran to school, he attempted 2 grab her again on Dousman and Allard. She escaped and made it to West High School unharmed."

"The police were immediately dispatched and are looking for this man. The victim described the man as Hispanic in his late 20s, early 30s, and he was intoxicated. He is driving a new 2-door, dark blue Toyota Echo hatchback."
